Hello! My name is Iris. I'm a 28-yr-old mother to 2 beautiful little girls. I started my weight loss journey August 2006 at 200 lbs. And this September (2007), I am now down to 127 lbs. I am very proud of myself.
I haven't been on Traineo in months. I was only on for a short period of time, and then lost internet connection for a little while, and then couldn't remember my username and password LOL. But now I'm back. I'd like to work on becoming a little more lean, maybe getting down to 120 lbs. Most of all I want to work on my stomache. So, starting tomorrow, Monday, Aug. 20, I'm going back to keeping a written food/exercise/feelings journal.

Things I've done to get where I am today....I quit drinking sodas cold turkey, I cut way back on junk food, and I read the nutrition labels. I only eat the serving size. I only drink water and lots of it. I keep count of the calories going in and the calories I'm burning. I workout at the gym 4-6 days a week. And actually....I now work at a ladies fitness gym (since March 2007) and I'm working on getting cetified as a personal trainer. I love to tell my story and motivate others. It feels great and I just LOVE my job. I've taught one aerobic class on a whim to feel in for someone and may be teaching my own class by the end of 2007 or beginning of 2008.
I find ways to motivate myself daily. I can never have enough! So I'm here, LOL But really and truly, I'd love to support and motivate anyone who needs it.

Traineo is not sending my messages! Should get sorted out soon.
Meanwhile, more about Cardio Coach:
There are 8 Cardio Coach volumes in all.
The are numbered Volume 1 through 6, except there are two variations for CCV2 and CCV6.
Each volume is a set of mp3 files that you play in succession from your ipod or mp3 payer while working out on the equipment of your choice. The mp3 files have music and voice over coaching.
Cardio Coach workouts are structured as :
Warmup
Challenge 1
Steady State 1
Challenge 2
Steady State 3
Cool Down
There could be more than two Challenges with intervening Steady States. In a Challenge, you interval train ie work alternately at high-intensiy and then recovery-intensity. In a Steady State you cruise at moderate intensity.
At the website there are instructions on how to switch intensity based on your fitness level.

Once you join the Cardio Coach Group, you should email support@cardiocoach.com mentioning you are from traineo and have signed up for the Cardio Coach Challenge, requesting a Coupon for a free download of Volume 6 (Sean version). The coupon will be sent to you by email. Use to coupon to go to the cardio coach website and download your workout. Put it onto your mp3player before you hit the gym next. And have a blast!
I invite you to join the Train(eo)ing for Fitness @ Flickr Group (http://traineoingforfitnesspics.groups.traineo.com) and to contribute your userpic and shots of your progress to Train(eo)ing for Fitness (http://flickr.com/groups/traineoing_for_fitness/).
You're looking GREAT, especially for having 2 kids! Good job Iris!
